2. Description of Service

  • To save documents to the cloud and access them across devices, you must sign in via GitHub or Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must not create accounts through automated means or use another person's account without permission.

4. User Content

  • OwnershipYou retain full ownership of any diagrams, flowcharts, and other content you create with CodePic.
  • License to usBy storing content on our servers, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Public sharingWhen you share a document via a public link, anyone with the link can view (but not edit) that document. You are responsible for the content you make publicly accessible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CodePic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
