## Contract
Draft an index of decisions, owners and unresolved questions with source IDs. Do not contact members, assign commitments or edit originals.
Exercise limits: three read attempts and two drafting passes; not optimized production settings.

## Path 1 success / 成功
Received → input complete → read N1,N2,N3 → draft → evidence review → draft complete.
Expected row: Cleanup approved; time unconfirmed; owner not assigned; N1,N3.
Tool loan remains a proposal, not an approved decision.

## Path 2 missing / 缺资料
Remove N3. Received → input check → waiting.
Handoff: provide follow-up note referenced by N1 or confirm time remains undecided.

## Path 3 read failure / 读取失败
Manifest complete → reading N2 fails → retry once → failure persists → stop with partial index.
Do not infer N2 contents from its name or memory. Preserve failed source, error and count.

## Path 4 budget / 预算停止
Second drafting pass still contains unresolved contradiction → stop at exercise budget.
Checkpoint: source version, completed steps, current artifact, unresolved claim, next permitted action.

## Review rubric / 审核
For each path: evidence meaning preserved; next action appropriate; status honest; scope respected.
